Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola responds to media question on his chances of reaching the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League.

The Citizens travel to Real Madrid for the second leg on Wednesday after losing the first leg at home 3-2 despite scoring twice in the match, leaving them with a tough trip to the Santiago Bernabeu.
During the pre-match press conference, the media asked about the chances of City turning things around and advancing to the next round, to สมัคร UFABET วันนี้ รับเครดิตฟรีสำหรับสมาชิกใหม่ which Pep sarcastically said the chances were at least 1 percent.
“With a win at the Bernabéu to qualify, everyone knows that if you asked me before the game about the percentage of qualifying, I don’t know. We are at 1 percent, which is the minimum,” Pep said.
Guardiola was in measured mood when he appeared in front of the media at the Bernabeu, an environment that represented enemy territory during his time as player and coach with Barcelona – and his message was crystal clear.
“We’ve to make it almost the perfect game,” he said. “We have to attack. We have to score goals. This is the idea.”
Guardiola is determined City will not leave the Bernabeu wondering or with regrets, saying: “We must play with courage. We must be ourselves. It will need incredible courage and we must play to win.
“But as long as you have a chance to qualify, we will try to make it happen, that’s for sure.”
